Melbourne Gold Company are proud to introduce our new secure vaulted storage options for physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion bars and coins.
We offer a range of storage options to suit all customers large or small. Our current storage rates are shown below.
For new storage customers, upon selecting storage from our online store as a delivery method, we will contact you to create an account at our investors centre website, where you can view and request withdrawal of your bullion items at any time.
For existing investors centre customers, simply enter your investors centre customer number at checkout and we will add the bullion to your existing storage package. If any further payment is required, we will contact you to arrange this.
We also offer a complimentary insurance against loss and theft up to $20,000 at no additional charge. Further insurance is available upon request.
For withdrawals, please request a withdrawal either from your investors centre account, or by calling our office and requesting withdrawal, as we require a minimum 24 hours notice to prepare your items for collection.
